Where my love for nutrition began and why I want to help you to find the same
I have always been active whether it be in sport, running, weight lifting, or CrossFit. During my younger years I was forced into a position to consider nutrition as a strategy for improving performance.
With a history of under eating and a coach who valued the player on and off the court I developed a love for nutrition that would stick forever. As I made changes to my nutrition I began to recognize increased capacities to train and recover as well as improvements in health, cognition and confidence.
I have been on a journey the last decade dedicating much of my research, learning, and application to understanding the power nutrition has on performance, health, mindset, and your overall well-being.
As a Registered Dietitian who values the uniqueness of your nutrition needs, I am excited to help you reach the goals you have been striving for.
My approach considers your individual biochemistry, metabolism, gut health, lifestyle, goals, motivation, barriers, and health behaviors. Getting to know your individual differences provides the opportunity to adapt a nutrition approach that gives you the capacity to reach your performance, recovery, and health goals.
