Performance Nutrition Coaching

This 1:1 nutrition coaching model is for athletes of all ages and activities to support optimal performance, recovery, and health. With this coaching you’ll be given the support to prioritize your fuel sources, understand proper supplementation for your unique needs, and be given the support to develop improved habits towards recovery. My nutrition coaching has been implemented in several sports and activities including: Crossfit, track, football, weight lifting, basketball, soccer, swimming, volleyball, recreational running, and more.

 

Nutrition Counseling

Supporting your eating disorder recovery will be our number one goal. If you have disordered eating or believe you have an eating disorder, this nutrition counseling will help assess your need for early intervention, meal planning with some sessions geared toward meal support, goal setting, and relapse prevention.
